Money Due This Month: November Monthly DuesIf you are in Competition Teams (Mon. 5:30, Mon. 7:00, Mon. 7:45, Wed. 4:45, Wed. 7:15, or Wed. 8:15), Please bereminded that you owe your Monthly Equal Payment Plan. All money is due on or before Thurs. Nov. 17th. Pleaseremember that you all should have now paid for your costumes, as well as your Christmas Recital Fees. Costumeswill be going out soon, and we are unable to hand out costumes unless bills are current. If you owe money, youshould have received a late notice email.

There are some of the students who paid the registration fee when registering their child for dance, andmistakenly applied this money to September dues. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE FACT THAT THERE WASMONEY DUE FOR SEPTEMBER AND REGISTRATION FEES. So, if you still owe for September, this is why.

Please be reminded that all orders for sweats/bags/T-shirts/and hoodies are due by this Monday Nov. 7th. If you would like to drop off your order, there are classes at the studio on Monday between 4:00 and 9:00.

PLEASE NOTE THAT COSTUMES WILL BEGIN BEING HANDED OUT THE WEEK OF NOV. 21ST. YOURCHILD WILL NOT RECEIVE THEIR COSTUME UNTIL THEIR BILL IS COMPLETELY CURRENT (INCLUDINGMONTHLY DUES, RECITAL FEE, REGISTRATION FEE, AND THE COSTUME). Please also note that not allcostumes will go out that week, but please have your bills current, so that your child will receive their costume theweek that they are scheduled to do so. Costumes will continue to be handed out through the 2nd week of December,as some of them will not be delivered until this time. So, if you have siblings who are in different classes, please beaware of the fact that your children will most likely NOT receive their costumes in the same week. Costumes will bedelivered to you as they are delivered to us.

If you participated in the Salt City Candles fundraiser, please be reminded that they will be deliveredsometime during the week of Nov. 29th. We will email you with additional details as this date gets closer.

Our Christmas recital will be held on Saturday December 17th at Kearns High School. The recital will beginat 11:30 am. The show will be split into a Junior show and a Senior show. Junior show dancers will need to be thereat 11:00, and the senior show dancers will need to be there at 11:45. We will have additional details to hand out withthe costumes. These details will include: an order of performance, specifications on what show your dancer willperform in, good directions to the school and inside the school, as well as a reminder of the shoes and tights that yourchild will need to accompany their costume.

THERE WILL NOT BE ANY CLASSES HELD ON THANKSGIVING: THURS. NOV. 24TH

Please keep in mind that there should not be any visitors coming to classes. Your cooperation with this isgreatly appreciated. Please also make sure that your child is going to the bathroom before class. Oftentimes, it is abig distraction with the little ones if several of them are visiting the restroom during class.

PARENTS OF MON. 4:45 AND WED. 6:30 CLASSES: FROM THIS POINT FORWARD, A TEACHER ORHELPER WILL WAIT ON THE SIDEWALK WITH YOUR DANCER. WE NEED EACH PARENT TO COME ANDWALK TO THE SIDEWALK TO GET THEIR CHILD AT THE END OF CLASS. THESE CLASSES ARE BIG, ANDWITH THE CHANGE OF SEASON BRINGING EARLIER DARKNESS AND POTENTIALLY ICY ROADS, WE WANTTO ENSURE THAT EVERYONE IS SAFE. WE WILL NOT ALLOW STUDENTS FROM THESE 2 CLASSES TOWALK THROUGH THE PARKING LOT ALONE TO FIND THEIR RIDES. Thank you so much for your support in this issue.

2011-2012 Fall/Spring Schedule

Extra expenses and performances at a glance:

Location & Directions:
Jazzle Dazzle is located at 3441 So. 8400 W. Suite G. There is a long white building right behind subway with counseling offices, dentist offices, & physical therapy offices. We are on the far east suite in that building.

How do I register?:

You can register early by mail by mailing to the address listed on the registration form, or you can attend our open house which will be held on Sat. Aug. 13th from 9:00am-3:00pm at the studio. For the summer classes, please complete your registration form included with the summer schedule. If you are receiving this information after Aug. 13th, please plan on registering through the mail.

Summer Classes:
There are no extra fees for summer dance. There will be a parent’s observation day & class party on the last week of summer class.

Fall/Spring schedule:
Extra fees:
Registration fee: $23.00, due in August (or when you hold your spot for fall classes)

Sweats (varies), this is an optional cost, order will be placed in September

Costume: $35-$45 depending on age & type of class (will be finalized by our open house), all due by October 1st

Christmas performance fee: $10 per dancer (includes participation medal), due by November 1st

Spring recital fee: about $14 per dancer (No admission fee for audience), due by Feb. 1st

Class Pictures, cost varies depending on order, This is an optional expense. Picture day is in Mid April

Classic Skating Rink-Mid May

Spring Recital: sometime mid June

Magna 4th of July parade, held on the 4th of July (This is optional if you do not want to come back to classes after recital. Some people are anxious for their summer break at this point).

Teams have extra fees as well as extra performances including: 3 competitions a year, including 1 at Lagoon, and an opportunity to tour (past tours have included St. George and Disneyland).
